E-mealz Gift Subscription Terms & Agreement
1. The following information and terms regarding how E-mealz works is enclosed in the gift package sent by USPO to your recipient. E-mealz is not liable for USPO failures. I understand these terms explained to my gift recipient:
2. For Gift Recipient: You have been gifted with a specified 6 OR 12 month E-mealz weekly subscription. Your meal plan can be retrieved each week on its scheduled posting day by logging in to the Members area of our web sight using your established User Name and Password. Each meal plan is rotated out of the web site after a 2 week period of time. E-mealz is a WEEKLY PUBLICATION and it is your responsibility to down load your meal plan during this period of time.
3. E-mealz is copyright protected and therefore cannot be distributed or copied without permission. Each subscription is to be used for one household. E-mealz reserves the right to cancel your subscription for password sharing and monitors log-in IP computer addresses. If you violate this agreement our monitor protection system will AUTOMATICALLY lock your account and you will not be entitled to a refund.
4. On four major holidays a year, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter, your meal plan will be shortened to a four-day meal plan.
5. E-mealz is a company independent of the respective grocery stores. The meal plans are based on the advertised sales of these stores; however, the grocery stores, not E-mealz, are responsible for the availability of their advertised products. In addition, sale prices may vary slightly from store to store and from region to region.
